Laundra is a marketplace, so each provider sets their own rate per kilo. After your laundry is weighed you see the exact total and approve it before any work starts. Typical Cyprus rates are around €3-5/kg for washing, €4-5/kg for ironing, and €6-9/kg for wash and iron, with a typical minimum of 5kg or €20.

Every provider weighs your laundry on a calibrated scale and photographs it. If your bag is up to 15% over your estimate, it's simply charged at the actual weight. If it's more than 15% over, the provider needs your approval before continuing.

You pay nothing. If you decline before the work starts, there is no charge and your laundry stays with you.

Each provider sets their own turnaround, shown on their profile before you book. It runs from 24 to 72 hours, so if you're in a hurry you can pick a faster one.

Yes. You can choose doorstep pickup and delivery, or drop your laundry off with the provider and collect it yourself. Any pickup fee is set by the provider and shown before you book.

Laundra currently operates across Cyprus. We plan to expand from there.

Raise it in the app. Laundra has a damage and dispute process that reviews evidence from both sides. Please report any issue within 24 hours of getting your laundry back. Formal disputes can be raised within 14 days.

You can cancel in the app. It's free before a provider accepts your booking. After that a small fee may apply depending on timing: €5 between 4 and 12 hours before pickup, €10 under 4 hours, and €15 plus the pickup fee once the provider has already set off.

Join through the waiting list, set your own rates for washing and ironing, and start accepting bookings near you. You work as an independent provider, so you choose your own hours and prices. You need to be 18 or over and based in Cyprus.
